Depressing The room condition was filthy . The furniture was in poor shape. The exterior walkways are littered with garbage and the siding was filthy. The operators need to hire some skilled maintenance people to clean up the grounds and rooms. Would not refer anyone to stay at this hotel.

1) This property was filthy inside and out. It started in the lobby. Dirty floor and walls. Area where breakfast was messy and dirty. 2) Stairs to second floor had not been swept in weeks. Trash everywhere 3) My room was filthy with kitchen cabinets falling off the hinge and old finger prints on them. The shower drain was not working so I had to shower in a puddle of water. Pay a few bucks more for another hotel The hotel was absolutely disgusting. It wasn’t clean, the furniture was in horrific condition and I definitely saw a roach.

The room was actually clean, but the Outside stairwells, sidewalks, etc were a terrible mess, full of gum everywhere and trash. The sidewalks were never swept during my 11 day stay. The last time I stayed, my room was never cleaned, although it is supposed to be on Fridays. Out of coffee cups one day, and alot of guys "hanging" around the parking lot.

Blood stains There was blood stains on the bathroom counter. Tv did not work. Trash had stuff in it. Room was dingy. Would have left if we didn't get in at 1am and need to sleep. Won't be staying again.

Not a clean hotel and breakfast is not breakfast. The hotel said it had breakfast but thank god I did not buy a extra breakfast because all they had was coffee,muffins,and oatmeal. That is not breakfast for me. The room we stayed in, the window were open and the heat was blaring. Floor felt dirty, finger prints all over the bottom base of the tv.
