Clean outside but rooms had not been clean. No soap.. Had black mold on ceiling in shower.. Fire alarm went off all day... And after all that i tried to exstend my stay one more day! Because i booked through you guys i was kicked outta my room.. Immediatly staff was rude and unprofessional... Will never stay or recomend them to anyone very very fissappointed.

Dirty, Noisy dump! Don’t stay here Horrible horrible dump! Phone was broken missing buttons and had dried up food on it. The night stand wouldn’t turn on I pull up the cord and it was just chopped,(not even a plug on it) Bunch of scummy people standing right outside at night smoking and being noisy, even at 530am there is noise. The property is not well managed. The staff that checked in didnt know which rooms were clean and available. Took forever to check us in. This ESA is bad.

Cheap place to crash, but that's about it. Needed a cheap, pet-friendly room for the night, and it provided exactly that (and nothing more). If I'd known more about the property I would have just grabbed a room at a Motel 6 instead. Bizarre check-in experience- some kind of alarm was going off the entire time. I wasn't informed of the office hours (I needed to check out before 5 am and they didn't open until 7. Didn't see any place to return my key??) or the need to *request* amenities like a coffeemaker to be put in my room... read more

False advertising the things we where promised to get that was supposed to be inside of the room wasn’t there the mirrors where broke off the sheets was dirty I really was upset
