It doesn't matter if you make reservations and have kids with you. As a matter of fact there was more than just my family waiting outside unable to get ANY type of person in the office and still to this day they haven't tried to contact me...smh

When checking in; office alarm was going off; workers seemed nonplussed. Worker or daughter of worker laying down on seats in office. Entry door had a draft; for this area should have better insulation. Had to put heater on high 75 to fight draft. Heater would only come on for a minute at a time every few minutes. The bathroom door needs adjustments and would rub causing squeaking. The shower would drip no matter how much you tightened. The kitchen light sometimes would strobe and not turn on. Bulb may need replacing.

Clean outside but rooms had not been clean. No soap.. Had black mold on ceiling in shower.. Fire alarm went off all day... And after all that i tried to exstend my stay one more day! Because i booked through you guys i was kicked outta my room.. Immediatly staff was rude and unprofessional... Will never stay or recomend them to anyone very very fissappointed.

Dirty, Noisy dump! Don’t stay here Horrible horrible dump! Phone was broken missing buttons and had dried up food on it. The night stand wouldn’t turn on I pull up the cord and it was just chopped,(not even a plug on it) Bunch of scummy people standing right outside at night smoking and being noisy, even at 530am there is noise. The lobby was flat out disgusting. The floor the windows and counters looked like they never were cleaned,The front desk wasn’t very accommodating or friendly when complained about the issues. The property is not well managed. The staff that checked in didnt know which rooms were clean and available. Took forever to check us in. This ESA is bad.

Cheap place to crash, but that's about it. Needed a cheap, pet-friendly room for the night, and it provided exactly that (and nothing more). If I'd known more about the property I would have just grabbed a room at a Motel 6 instead. Bizarre check-in experience- some kind of alarm was going off the entire time. I wasn't informed of the office hours (I needed to check out before 5 am and they didn't open until 7. Didn't see any place to return my key??) or the need to *request* amenities like a coffeemaker to be put in my room... read more
