Liked nothingabout it. It was dirty and my r[m was not clean, moved to another room and it wasnt cleaned properly, asked for my money back. The worst experience ever had with any hotel i have stayed at.

Disappointing The room was not very clean to begin with. There was even a balled up reciept from the people before me right under the edge of the bed. The kitchen cabinets were not wiped out. I was there for a total of 8 or 9 days and when i checked out they charged my card 75 bucks for extreme clean!!!!

Upon my arrival no one was at the front desk I had to call the customer service toll free number and my room was nasty and it smell like pot.

It doesn't matter if you make reservations and have kids with you. As a matter of fact there was more than just my family waiting outside unable to get ANY type of person in the office and still to this day they haven't tried to contact me...smh

When checking in; office alarm was going off; workers seemed nonplussed. Worker or daughter of worker laying down on seats in office. Entry door had a draft; for this area should have better insulation. Had to put heater on high 75 to fight draft. Heater would only come on for a minute at a time every few minutes. The bathroom door needs adjustments and would rub causing squeaking. The shower would drip no matter how much you tightened. The kitchen light sometimes would strobe and not turn on. Bulb may need replacing.
