Awful customer service I had to wait 2 hours beyond my check in time to get a room and they were not willing to have housekeeping clean the reserved rooms first. They didn’t offer to accommodate me with a later check out time.

It was the worst hotel i been to i had to wait almoT 2 hrs to check in gave me the wrong room roaches were in my room juat never staying at EXTENDED STAY EVER and i traveled all the way from fort Lauderdale will be letting ally friends and family know

Dingy carpets, disgusting bathroom.. as soon as I walked in the room, there was a fowl smell. But I just figured the room was just stale from the room not be occupied ... yeah right the carpets look liked a crime scene.. stains everywhere.. I immediately left the room with the gears of me getting bed bugs or even bringing roaches back home with me... don’t rent ever from this place

Scary Situation This hotel is right next to the interstate and the road noise was quite loud all night. The front-desk attendant was nice, but when we unlocked the door to our room we were quite surprised to see that the room had already been given to someone else. While no one was in the room, their belongings were there and as we were exiting the room the occupants came up and were trying to figure out why we were coming out of their room. Not a good place to stay. I’ve stayed here before and it was ok. But my last trip with my children was not great. We had two Maintenance issues that were not addressed as well as roaches getting on my food that was brought into the room. Shares with front desk and did not get any resolution. Waste of money, will not Return to this motel again.
