When i checked in the girl was nice. I got to the rooms door and opened it to find a grown man in the bed watching TV who was startled and ran towards the door i yelled im sorry and ran back to the counter. I told her what happened and she apologized and gave me a new room that was really vacant....I originally reserved a non smoking room, this rokm was clearly a smoking room. Convient location. The facilty is in disrepair but clean. 1st room we were assigned had a broken HVAV system. No amenities not even a hair dryer nor coffeemaker. Never stay there again. And it was not cheap!

I had an overall terrible experience, the staff were rude and unfriendly. This hotel has zero amenities, and I will never use Extended StayAmerica again. They actually sent a exterminator into my room while I was staying there to spray it, and the staff tried to bust down my door and acted like I didn’t pay my bill when I already had. No customer service abilities at all,

The previous room that I booked was completely dirty, the sheets was nasty, the room smelled so bad, the entrance smell bad. They ended up giving me a different room that didn't meet my expectations, because it was 2 in the morning, I took it, but I will never book a room with extended stay America, never again, this hotel didn't even have the standard of a motel, a lot of motel's look better than this one. For $103, it should be a decent room. Nasty, nasty, nasty.

Limited parking, to many roaches and the refrigerator didn’t even work.. I got woke up by roaches crawling on me while I sleep

it was dirty it had bugs ..... The place wasn’t maintain the front door to my room and lots of doors on the first floor look like crap need more than just paint ....The toilet kept running the bathtub was dirty when I took a shower the water kept dripping I couldn’t stop it ....... When I was in the office waiting there were people complaining about cockroaches In there rooms and that management didn’t care ...... glad I was only there for five nights if I was going to stay any longer I would’ve checked out and gone elsewher... read more
