The Most Unsatisfied Customer First... because of my name, they assumed I was someone, with the same name but spelled differently, that had been previously evicted. Not sure if that was why I was given a room in the back part of the "extended stay" where there appeared to be either a party or a bunch of drug deals going on in the building across the parking lot. The parking lot was very dark at night time. I did not feel safe

Place had a lot of people lingering around the parking lot late night just staring at people, also the rooms smelled pretty bad. Last but not least, the front desk people were probably the most rude employees I have ever dealt with at any of my extended stay visits. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

When I opened the door of the initial room I was given, it was clear that the previous guest was still occupying the room.

The girl at the front desk was very nice, however the first room we wnt to #219 wasnt to bad til i pulled out the bed in the couch to get ready for my daughter and it had a rope tieing it closed and in marker some one wrote DO NOT OPEN..and it was covered in dog hair... so i went back to the office and requested another room..so then she gave me another room #350. We opened the door and all we coul smell was smoke and the rug was disgusting.. Outside there were guys that looked like homeless drug addict drunks sitting on the... read more
