Awful, dirty hotel. Entry to the lobby requires a call on a service phone, even before 8pm, when I checked in, the exterior is not kept well (old, dirty welcome mats, a flip flop, dirty screens, trash, etc), my non-smoking room reeked of smoke, the paint was cracked, rust on the whole side of the refrigerator, dirty bathmat, not one spoon, cup plate anything in an extended stay hotel (but I think you could request things), my last morning there was a huge cockroach in my room and then there was no one in the lobby for check ... read more

My flight landed at midnight, and by the time I got to the hotel, there was no personnel to assist me. The doors were closed, so I had to book a different hotel to spend the night at.

It was smelling like marihuana, the room was not very clean. Too much people walking around and made me feel unsafe, not breakfats was serve even though it said in the reservation. Poor communication staff.

Everything was fine except there was a German cockroach in my room that ran down my wall near the bed and kind of grossed me out
