Infested with cockroaches, rusty tub, holes on bathroom, broken ironing board, not equipped with anything in kitchen, broken phone, awful customer service. Refused my refund request. This is a slumlord. Expedia was no help. Super disappointed 😞

There was no one at the front desk to check me in. They refused to reimburse me even though I booked the room 30 minutes before arrival on site.

I would not recommend this hotel , worst experience of my life the housekeepers are not professionals , the room was not clean cockroaches everywhere it was horrible
