I booked a room on 3/6/21 at Woodsprings Inn in Tuscaloosa. I redeemed a reward night, and only paid $9.75 for the room

Uncomfortable stay We arrived fairly late for our overnight stay but the property appears to be like the images on line. However it’s not. The door wouldn’t lock completely so we had to use a chair in front of it. The window was also stuck open. It was very uncomfortable considering how cold it was that evening. There was also an assortment of lady bugs collected around the bathroom fixtures.

I liked literally nothing about this place full of roaches bad staff wasn’t helpful at all

There was ROACHES in the first room we were given. They gave us different rooms and their were fleas all in our bed. We were eaten up when we got up the next morning. We got non smoking rooms and our room reeked of cigarette smoke even though we requested non smoking rooms due to breathing issues.

The property had roaches really bad I left around 2 am when I saw all the roaches. Hotel smelled bad!!!
