The worst stay I have had in years. Where do I begin? The outward appearance was very nice but very misleading comparied to the conditions. We kill too many roaches in our room and bathroom to count. The bed was as hard as the floor. We also encounter ants that were everywhere as well. I would never recommend this place. I would recommend it gets shutdown due to the roaches and ants infestation. WORST EVER Never seen a person to do housekeeping in the seven days we stayed there. Roaches greeted us more than the cleaning crew, never got clean towels, or another roll of tissue. When called to the front desk, no one ever answered the phone. There were fleas in the bed, we never had a dog with us. We had to literally shake the mattress before getting in it to sleep.

Towels are exchanged at the desk as part of the linen exchange service that we offer. We staff the phone 24/7, if somehow we missed your call, we are very sorry. No front desk person available late night. You have to wait for a long time. Room was not clean and had a awful smell. Ended up going to another hotel and booking adhoc.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, roaches sprinting across the room soon as you turn the lights on, Horrible hotel, we were even given 2 more rooms due to the condition of our first room, unfortunately no luck in one of the new rooms, more roaches, filthy bathroom, my cousin slept in the car, I opted to sleep for 3hrs in my hoodie With the hood on and tied tight, I would love to request a refund for my 3-4hour stay in this roach motel.

hat's the roaches hotel room not mine!! I counted atleast 3 roaches in my room...3 and they were babies and teenagers.... meaning they have parents....can u say infestation.... There was a cardboard box with cheap linen on top... And the light in the middle of the room did not work...I was recording a webinar on wigs so the lighting was awful absolutely hated my stay
