Friendly/helpful staff but not clean Staff was amazing and friendly. I had an issue with my one room where the toilet was leaking from the bottom of the bowl so I got moved to a new room immediately. However, the room I got moved to smelled like an ashtray. I felt gross being in there. The linens were dirty, the bathroom faucet never got warm, the furniture needs updating due to wear and tear, and the hotel door lock was loose. All the service was good but I didn't like that they changed the carpet leaving the doors open in the rooms.

The bathroom looked as if updated in the past few years, linens were clean but rugs in hallway and room were fithy and made room smell. Kitchenette had NO dishes, utensil etc.
