My two out-of-town guests and I arrived at 11:15 pm after my family's Thanksgiving gathering. We openrd the external entrance doors, but the inner set of doors was locked. No one answered the After Hours phone though we called with it three separate times. We knocked very loudly on the inner doors and called out. It was a very cold night and we were freezing stranded in that vestibule beteen the outer and inner doors. My Comfortable Stay Pros- Had a toaster made available upon request. Good soundproofing in room. Large refrigerator cooktop range in room. Door to room doesnt slam. Con- Instant coffee in the morning. Water conservation toilets that dont flush well.

I asked for a late checked out at 12pm,they were ok...then the next day around 11am they knocked on the door saying rhat we were late....bad communication between employees,also they clean rooms every 2 weeks which i found not healthy...
