Filthy not a place for a family for safety reasons.no ammenties one towel in room..outside property filthy non smoking room teeked of stalw smoke

The staffs in the lobby was nice, polite and friendly. The room doesn’t look clean to me!

I reserved nonsmoking room. But at checkin they only had smoking room

Service was no good. Key cards didn’t work properly. When asked for extra amenities didn’t receive right away. Had to ask multiple times. Room was not cleaned properly. Bedsheets were nasty. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Would not stay again.

Made a reservation for a smoking room. Since I couldn’t check in early (which I understand) I didn’t check in until 930. They didn’t have a smoking room available. So I took a non smoking room. Then the woman at the front desk proceeded to go on and on about the $250 smoking fee if I smoke. I told her I understand the concept of non smoking and told her she needed to learn the concept of reservation.

Was not a pleasant stay. Once again it was not pleasant. The refrigerator was leaking all over the floor the lady at the front desk told me the utensils are dirty and I cannot have any. I asked her for another room and she refused to move me. Her attitude was very rude once again.

Regular maintenance, is challenged alongside neglected facility repair issues, such as extensive wall paint discoloration w/ holes in the walls No iron, no stopper in tub, cracked ice tray, food on floor, mold on ceiling above tub, batthtub simply needs reglazing, cabinets needs sanding/painting, basenoard falling off, etc

Owner should fix what’s broken Room received is not as pictured when booking. Not kept up, dirty bed, sheets, splatters on walls, item from previous guest on floor, phone not working, no hangers, tub peeling badly... similar in both rooms we looked at. Dianna was very helpful and friendly. Sam and Sarah we not very helpful or friendly.
