Gave my room away and I had to sleep in my car! Even though I had booked this hotel, they gave my room away and I was forced to sleep in my car (trying to book other hotels in the area that late at night proved fruitless). I am not sure how many were affected by this, but there was a sign on the door indicating that people should seek refunds from third party booking sites.

It was pretty bad. The hotel was at best fair, only 2 towels for family of four , we called and ask for a couple more and was told we needed to come get them only one guy working on a Saturday night at 5pm., no plastic cups , no ice machines, no coffee maker, very limited channels on TV , and burn holes in the comforter. The Carpet seemed damp . It was advertised breakfast so we got up and went down. They had muffins, nut bars, oatmeal, and coffee. No water, no juice. Just muffins !

First of all, the lobby is not very inviting and the front desk staff is not friendly or helpful. We arrived Friday night and were disappointed the moment we walked into our room. On our king size bed were 3 tiny pillows, a top sheet along with a thin bedspread - no blanket. The TV did not work. We were too tired to deal with it that night. In the morning before we left for the day I stopped at the front desk and advised the TV didn't work and I was told that maintenance isn't there on the weekend. WHAT? TV services was sub par. Took 2 days to get working remote and all remote functions weren't working. There was no tv guide available.

My stay was very unpleasant they couldn't accommodate my reservation with the room I booked then they couldn't give me blankets or pillows for the bed I slept on
