I like the fact every rook had full kitchen, dislike the fact bathroom are outdate and looked dirty

The floor and sheets were stained, and there was a stink bug on the bed when we arrived. Our employees left the room immediately and checked out after sending me pictures. The Hotels.com staff is always helpful when we call, however, the property has not agreed to refund us for the stay even when presented with the evidence of low quality cleanliness.
