I’ve stayed at extended stays before, and was disappointed in this property from the time I walked in the dirty lobby until I checked out 15 minutes later.

Sent to a dirty room which beds not made. Room was changed and that one had 2 towels for 4 people. Front desk wanted a dirty towel turned in to give a new towel. Never got the two more as requested. No blankets at all. Sheets and coverlet.

I was so disappointed ☹️ with the checking process. I booked online when I got to the location there were no rooms available I had to wait for almost a good 30 minutes for the Manager to go and look for a room unbelievable poor service and unacceptable.i was very disappointed and upset for the long wait. Not sure if I would stay there again.

roaches in the toilet sheets were horrible and it stunk like mildew

Rooms looks good, the only complain that I had I found out that I was eaten alive, beds have bedbugs..

When I get in with m family, the room didn't ready. The microwave was broken. And water was licking. The room's smell was bad. I asked to fix they didn't even though the front marked. The maintenance picked up twice however nobody concern about what I asked. Even though the room changed it was the same problem. The fan didn't work. The water was still licking.
