The lady at the front desk had us check in then she gave us a key to the wrong room with people already in it . We could have been hurt TERRIBLE SERVICE then they tried to give me a non smoking room when I paid for smoking

Not a good experience I left and didn't stay. Went to the Double tree....Check in was a mess. Then i couldn't get key card to work. Employee had to come help by wiggling door handle while using key card. For it being an extended stay there were no dishes, pots and pans or even a coffee pot.

Hotel room was dirty.Garbage in bathroom was still in garbage can 2 lights did not work looks like floor was never vacumed

I reserved my room online prior to checking in and once I got there at 3:00 (when my check in time was) my room wasn’t even ready. Once getting in there was trash and debris in the room. I went out and came back around 1 am and the entire complex didn’t have power. They charged me another $21 because I checked out late. My phone was dead and didn’t know what time it was to even get up and leave. They won’t give me that charge back nor comp me for the outage. Very unsatisfactory for a business like this!

Not good rust in tub room not clean. Under strip of main door had a hole. Pillows only two, to much money for the room, should have received a refund.
