Breakfast not as described No phone call back from manager WiFi kept disconnecting

The staff was uncompromising, short & uncaring. Their internet went down & the only staff member on a Friday night at 8 PM told us we were out of luck & should get a room elsewhere...... REALLY?! There is a "Grab & Go" Breakfast -far from continental! The Internet is garbage!

I paid for a smoking room but when arrived no smoking room available.

Check in process needed much to be desired because the attendant at the front desk was asleep the Room had a broken smoke detector that beeped loudly and it took an hour to get me into another Room the shower was not very clean and the bed sheet had stains so did the comforter. complementary coffee station was not adequate. The person at the front desk couldn't arrange a lay check out for me. I was there as a professional coach for tournament and I pleaded to have a late check out and was denied

I paid for the hotel. When my guest arrived the hotel they said I had not. When I called you said it was paid. My guest paid for a room. You owe me $80. How's that? Itinerary # 7489488479997 Robert Fagel

Worst stay ever This was the worst hotel I have ever reserved. It was so bad we ended up staying with friends.

I reaerved 2 rooms in the hotel with 2 fulls beds in it. The tooms were not ready when we reached even though we checked in at 9PM instead 3PM check in time and I had called the hotel 2 hours before reaching. We had to roam around for 1 hour before we could get the rooms. The bigger surprise was that they gave us just one room with 2 full beds. The other room had only one bed. Rooms were not that good condition. Bed frames were comimg out.. phone not working..Breakfast not good..

Bathtub was dirty had spots in it looked like blood. I asked for coffee maker 3 times never received it. Once you used your towels, to get fresh ones you had to take dirty towels down to front desk and asked for clean ones. I will never stay there again. I killed 2 skink bugs in room. It was terrible.
