One of the employees was very blunt and ignorant. They (the employee I interacted with) should steer far away from a job that involves customer service if they are going to treat customers like they treated me.

Stay somewhere else You have to go to the lobby to get clean towels and toilet paper. My room had a chunk of the bathroom door missing. Old mattresses disposed outside of my room that were decaying gave the impression of a not well kept place

Difficult reservation and stay from start to finish. Pre-paid for double room for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival was told that no double room was available, and only a single room with king bed and sofa was available. Night time clerk did his best. contacted night manager at my request and was told not to call manager with customer concerns. Extremely unprofessional. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY ELSEWHERE! This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I reserved multiple rooms for an event in the area over a month I. Advance, only to find out when checking in, our rooms were given away, and there is nothing they could do. We were actually told to go somewhere else. Don’t get your black light out...gross Don’t get your black light out. Non smoking room is false. Shady place. I would never stay here or let any friends stay. Dirty sheets, towels, tables ect.

Never in this hotel My room door has hole in cold air coming in. Room smells bad Bed sheets are dirty yellow stains all over not washed Pillow covers dirty with holes I need my money back
