I didn't like everything about my experience. Went to a dirty room, I mean it wasn't even cleaned. Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and had cigarette holes in the blanket.

Stopper in Sink in bathroom didn’t work. Water didn’t drain. Only provided 2 towels 1 small shampoo. Rom had musty smell.

Room #1/AC broken, runs heat during AC cycle. Phone busted, not working-Room #2/Bed not completely made w/no blanket and spots on sheets.

Well we were told the WiFi was down when we arrived, and that the hotel was in a bad neighborhood. Was also informed the night before the building was surrounded by cops Becasue of people banging on doors and looking in cars. The shower was dirty. Dried up old soap and what appeared to be blood was left in the shower. The next morning the water was off. For the price I guess the stay was worth it. But all in all a terrible experience.

The room smelled like a spray was used to cover up a pre existing odor which was terrible! The bed was hard and the covering felt dirty and also had a terrible smell. We travel with a quilt thankfully!

No one present to check us in. Sign said Be Back in 15 minutes. We were very tired from long drive so weren’t happy. Needs to be a better system if receptionist has to be away from the desk. Second, there was a huge dog poop right outside out door. Third, shower diverter was stuck. I ended up getting tools from my car to fix it. Fourth, minimal amenities. TINY bottle of shampoo, not enough for one person and that was it.
