NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BEWARE The staff threatened to call the police on me 3 times once just for asking for a clean room after extending and paying 80$ for a clean room I was told no the other two times I had asked if I could go pay to extend at 12pm instead of 11am they said if I was not gone or paid by noon that they would call the police and have me escorted off the property and given a trespassing ticket they have a sign on their desk stating that any late checkouts after 12pm would be charged a $35 late checkout fe... read more

I’m really disappointed with the receptionist they are very rude I never be treated like that there is a black lady so rude I try to ask something but later on decide to leave I don’t want to recomend this motel

Won’t stay again Beds were horrible. No extra pillows available. Dried food on the table area.

Breakfast inadequate. Basic requests such as replacing pillowcases took repeated requests and ran from one day to the other. Staff unable to attend because there is no other person around to help.

Lady at the front desk was really nice and personable. My room was very run down- it was not very clean, there was wadded gum stuck on the lamp next to the bed, the counter in the kitchen area was stained, the blanket was very thin. Heat did work which was very good.!

DONT DO IT Worst experience ever, rude and unprofessional staff. Very mon caring. Room was not as adverized and as a woman traveling alone for work I did not feel safe.

Had neighbors screaming infront of my window and hitting the wall
