Arrived from a 10 hour trip 30 minutes early and was told I couldn't check in until 3pm exactly. Once I was able to check in, inside of my bathroom I discovered insects crawling around. Overall experience I say was a 3.

Had to get all kitchen utensils and plates from front desk and then they where not clean. Property is rather dated. Door is on the outside not in a secured hallway. Marcus was wonderful rest of the staff seam as if they could care less or didn’t really know or care. Price is ok but would pay more for a nicer building.

Very bad......Totally disappointed......Rooms very dirty.. Toilet backed up.... dirty Linen.. No towels in the bathroom....... so disappointed...

I stayed at ESA for 3 nights. The stay was very nice, enjoyable, relaxing, and everyone on the staff was very hospitable and courteous. Unfortunately, it was all overshadowed by one very bad incident followed by no help from staff. Two younger men, whom were not guests of the hotel, walked through the ESA parking lot near my room, 211. Myself and a friend left the property to take another friend home and our girlfriends waited here in my room for us to get back. Horrible! The hotel was dirty, old and run down...not like it's pictured. There were roaches in many rooms and large rat traps outside. Two of my friends room leaked inside when it rained causing nasty wet carpets when they woke up. The rooms all smelled. The "grab and go" breakfast consisted of store bought muffins and granola bars and THAT'S IT! We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after the first night and stayed elsewhere. Not worth saving a few bucks! But, I guess you get what you pay for.
