We stayed in a smoking room and have done so in the past but this was the nastyest smelling room ever. It was hard to breathe. Just a dark dingie dirty looking room. Bathroom had stained up bathtub. No ice machines. The internet sucked. It was slow and of course for a fee you can rent out faster internet. The TV was small and picture was terrible. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in by far.

For extended stay there were NO drinking or cooking items. Not even a box of facial tissues. No ice or cold drinks available. Absolutely bare bones.

Mildew and leaking toilet. There was a pool of water coming from toilet pipes. The room was so damp and dank the carpet was moist. Socks got wet. It reaked of marijuana and cigarettes. I should have just slept in my car.

We checked in right at the end of office hours, and then went out for dinner. Upon our return we discovered that the comforter had the remnants of stains of what appeared and smelled like phecies. I do not make this claim lightly. We removed the comforter before sleeping in the bed. Furthermore when I informed the hotel staff in the morning they did not take any action to remedy the situation. I have no intention of returning to this establishment or any others in the chain.

especially for the area the hotel was in it was not what I expected. Highway noise. not much natural light, smelled damp, saw bugs.

The air conditioning did not work the first night so we sweltered. We were given one roll of toilet paper and had to walk out to the front desk to ask for more. Staff was courteous, but overall not a great experience.

Night lock on door was broke. Curtains were stained. Sofa had cigarette burns on it ( keep in mind it was a no smoking room). Bathroom door was broken and would not close or open fully. Hair in the bed, shower, and towels. Sheets on the bed had stains. Phone in room did not work. I informed staff members of the problems. One even came to see for himself, his response was that he'd note it so that I wouldn't be charged. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had.
