Disgusting Bugs painted into the wall, mildew on the bed, and countertops that haven’t seen a rag in ages.

I've been to better 1) I arrived at 2:45pm and was told I had to come back at 3 to check in. I have never had an issue check-in 10-15 mins before. Finally at 3:05 I go to check in and the manger tells me they couldn't find my reservation. I had to pull up the reservation number 3 times and they finally found it. 2) I got the "City view" room thinking I would actually get a view but instead my view was of the parking lot so that was a failure. 3) The bath tub floor was peeling / cracked. 4) My key for some reason kept getting... read more

Not the best Room was nice,clean. Unfortunately the light switch for the room light didn’t work because the the lamp was unplugged. That was because the wouldn’t shut off all the time. The toilet had no water in the tank because the float stuck up all the time. The breakfast coffee had ran out and no one changed it, and when checking out had to wait because there was no one at the desk to take care of you. I have stayed there before when in the area, never this many problems

No breakfast, Expedia got the info wrong! No room/ trash cleaning, sheet changing in 5 days. I personally will not select ant Extended Stay crap in the future. I brought back memories of large bed bug bites.

Little staff (only 1 person) to attend to guests needs and concerns. Group of people outside making noise, called front desk at 2:00am and nobody answered. 3 hours to check in because did not have info about available rooms. Told me that third parties (Orbitz, Expedia, etc) overbook and people get confirmation without room availability but that if making the reservation through them, this not happens. My laptop was stolen from my room. Staff did the most they could do considering the situation.

Overbooked on wedding night!!!!! We booked this hotel and it was overbooked. Went to check in and there were 5 people in the lobby and none of them had rooms either! Staff was rude and not helpful!!!!
