Had to wait for someone to check me in (longer than a 5 minute wait) Room was smaller than I had expected, and the tub didn’t look thoroughly clean.

The beds were really hard. Two days with a broken toilet and no fix. A spider bite. Then to top it all off the front desk said if we dont like it we could leave. Left a day early yo sat ar another hotel. Still waiting on a refund.

When I got the key md went to the room there were people already in my room that clearly shouldn’t of been there since they were asking me not to go ask for another room. I stay frequently at this location for work purposes but may have to start rethinking this.

It is just okay Everything works properly, but the facilities are old (bathtub, carpet,...) My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights and no one passed to clean out the room during our stay.

Gave away our room/severely understaffed We booked our overnight stay 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived it took 20 min for the front desk person to "find" a room because what we booked wasnt available. As in they gave it away. Upon entering the room it stunk. Like dirty socks. There were no soaps and a single, almost completely used roll of toilet paper. The toilet immediately backed up. We called down at 4pm and reported that wee needed the toilet fixed and TP. Executive Stay America, A complete Waste of Money! My stay at this Extended Stay Property, was terrible. I asked the front desk to make sure my phone worked, as it did not work, when we checked in. I requested, that the air conditioner in the room to be fixed, as it was extremely loud. Nothing, was ever done for me.! I asked, for clean towels, and the front desk agent, asked me where the dirty towels were. I replied in my room. The desk clerk, then asked me to go to the room, and bring him the dirty towels. Unhappy Not so good moved two times the first room the stove didn't work the second room the AC barely worked and roaches were in the room,

Terrible Took way too long to check in. Worker wasn't rude to me, but was to a few others checking in. Got to the room and it wasn't clean. Sinks were disgusting. There was hair on the kitchen table. Tub and toilet were dirty. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. I was then moved to a cleaner room. The rooms are outdated at best. Overall, it was disappointing and will never go back. I Wouldn't recommend them to anyone
