I booked a room for my crew through Expedia and at 11pm the lobby was very crowded with angry guests trying to check in, so I called the front desk and they said they would have everyone checked within the next 1/2 hour. Two hours later I get a text from my crew that they could not get in. I book hotels every week for our crew and this is an all time low. Never booking at an Extended Stay again and no apology from the hotel. Crazy!

This issues are staffing not readily available:called front desk no answer on three different times,toilet not flushing properl,called front desk for utensils they said a customer before me took them all;dog feces left in grass by customers,card key would not work properly on three ocassions,felt unsafe by some suspicious customers hanging out late nights, customers let their children play in busy parking lot. There was not towels & sheet at one bed Provided upon request Trash cans next to the room was full of trash & smelled terrible

No phone service, very tired rooms and minimal staff to address issues. The only plus was the friendliness of the staff.

Only 1 towel was in the room call down to the desk after put on hold for 5 min was hung up on finally got a hold of someone was told they would bring them up but they never did bathroom was filthy
