Poor customer service. Room is too old stinks and has no amenities
The whole area is not clean. It does not meet the standards of other hotels I have stayed in. I will never opt for Extended stay suites again.
Cancelled upon arrival. Rooms were very run down and the fumes from whatever was used to clean them were way too strong, as if trying to cover up something. The front office smelled like weed and had plexiglass between staff and customers. Doesn’t make you feel too safe, especially with the designated parking spot up front for cops.
not for women alone As a single woman, having a first-floor room with an exterior door in the back of the building was a negative. The room had a strong perfume smell that made me sneeze, and it felt very humid.moldy in the room. The alarms went off for me about the safety of the area when the check in area was completely behind a shield from desk to ceiling.
Run down, old, and dirty. Not going back.
Only reason 1 give 1 star is because I am not able to give 0. We HAVE to get a refund. Met a pest control provider when I was checking in. Key to the room didn’t work. Bed was broken, and maintenance “fixed” it with bungee cords. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I travel a lot. I have plenty of pictures to share. Unless you’re looking to smoke pot with neighbors, avoid this at all costs.
Gross Room was disgusting. Everything smelled like weed. Holes in the walls. Bugs in the corners of ceilings and floors. Cupboards all crooked. Shower tub was gross. Key cards kept not working. Will never go back.
