Bed was not made it looked slept in there was someone’s eyelashes stuck to the chair as if the room was not cleaned before making it available to book again water didn’t get hot and it was very noisy. Staff said they couldn’t do anything about the problems I brought up

The alarm sounded at the middle of the night and when we called the front desk by phone nobody was available, then when my wife went the office the receptionist didn’t know what to do. The issue was fixed until the fire department came. There is mold in the bathroom ceiling in room 165 and sheets in one bed were not clean. Sidewalks didn’t have salt during the snow storm and were slippery (ice).

Rude staff member When I went to the lobby to check in at 3PM on Nov 16, 2024, I had to wait about 15 minutes while the single person behind the desk allowed a woman to continue to ask for a free room repeatedly. The lobby was overly warm and uncomfortable. The room itself was fine. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The heater/AC unit was a problem as the heat wouldn't turn off until you put the AC back on.
