Horrible, they charged me for internet when they said the internet was free. This looks ugly when they lie to you.

They didn’t have enough pans, but that was before finding that the stove didn’t work. There was a towel that has been used by the previous guest. I’m assuming. There were also crocs and dirty socks under the bed.

Outdated building, furniture, etc. Missing a remote for TV, conditioner, bodywash, drain stopper in the sink, hair dryer, etc.

The room conditions was really bad

Bed was not made it looked slept in there was someone’s eyelashes stuck to the chair as if the room was not cleaned before making it available to book again water didn’t get hot and it was very noisy. Staff said they couldn’t do anything about the problems I brought up

The alarm sounded at the middle of the night and when we called the front desk by phone nobody was available, then when my wife went the office the receptionist didn’t know what to do. The issue was fixed until the fire department came. There is mold in the bathroom ceiling in room 165 and sheets in one bed were not clean. Sidewalks didn’t have salt during the snow storm and were slippery (ice).
