Poor hotel not kept clean, will pass next time. Staff was friendly

Never again This Extended Stay is most neglected. The room clearly was not a non smoking room Staff as side from the gal who checked me in was rude and not friendly in any manner. This hotel was so dirty inside the rooms and outside. The price was great but like the old saying goes “you get what you pay for”

The room was in very poor condition! I had to kill two spiders, and multiple ants. The were so many ants, that i gave up. Also, the toilet was never cleaned which leads me to assume that the cleanliness of everything else is poor. The were pubic hairs around the toilet seat, as well as, dead ants. There was a mini fridge, but no dishes. SMH, neveragain.com

Very dirty rooms Spiders crawling at night on my face, toilet not flushing, room overall very dirty

Room smelled of smoke. Called the front desk to see if they gave me a smoking room by mistake. They assured me it was not a designated smoking room. He did not offer a non smelly room. I left the door open for a couple hours and it was tolerable.

Fridge and freezer did not work at all in first room! Complained and got a new room with a fridge door that could not be closed properly!

Horrible hotel It was not a good hotel. Very bad stay the room needs work. The service was moderate. The front desk smelled like smoke in there. They only put two pillows on the bed and if you ask for anything for the kitchen they may or may not have it. It was like I was in a motel 6 never going there again

Not A clean hotel, Bring your own pillow. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, actually it was downright dirty, we only had two thin pillows, the comforter has stains on it, the toilet seat was full of cigarette burns, and the maid walked into our room at 7:30 AM and I was still sleeping? We telephone the front desk to get a blow dryer, and they never answered? So we had to call an 800 number and they notified hotel at which time they called us back.
