Run down, dirty and unfriendly staff Booked this as a last option during a layover between flights - had to check in late and once we arrived were greeted with an unfriendly and gruff host who was not impressed with our late check-in despite the fact late check in is available on their website/Expedia. The room we were given stunk of cigarettes, despite it being a non smoking room, the bed was crumpled and there were food crumbs on the counter tops in the kitchen. Awful hotel Went there,check in,i got the key card and when i went to the room and found a mess. Room was dirty,bed didn't have nothing on top. I called to front desk the guy gave me other room but room was dirty too. Im so disappointed. Mad....you name it .

Had to wait to check in my work collegue saw the desk attendant drive in, he claimed he was handling a domestic dispute. Next morning coffee was late (6am) I called the desk to inquire and the attendant hung up when I said its 6:05am

The first night the A/C dont work .and carpet was dirty , and was spiders inside , and cricket inside so a lot cricket noise all night . Second night they fixed A/C but don’t clean and kill insects .

Very dirty hotel. No room service provided. Bugs everywhere. My son’s legs are bleeding because he couldn’t stop etching them. Please keep away for your safety. Also, not safe at all. While were there cups came to arrest two guys. Don’t know what to say. In short, not safe, disgusting and stinky.

Yuk Ac didnt work well, it kept freezing up, putting water in floor. I changed hotels next morning. Need to maintain the rooms better

Horrible experience! Before reservation we inquired about late check out and were told that should not be a problem on the dates we were going though they could never guarantee. We checked in at 11pm and wanted to leave at 1.45pm the next day to catch a flight.To get a couple of glasses and cups we had to wait an hour at night. The next day for late check out the counter clerk was rude. Though we agreed to pay for the late checkout, I was in the shower and found someone standing in the room as it was nearly checkout time. After two dirty rooms (cabinets/drawers filled with literal garbage), our third and final room had dirty towels and at night you can find cockroaches. Wear shoes when you get up in the middle of the night, or you will step on them. We also were given dirty dishes.
