We had reserved our room a week ahead of time. When we checked in they put us in a room that was NOT cleaned. I call the staff and we had to step out for her to clean the room. There was no bedding towels or toilet paper and microwave was nasty and floors not swept. Then the next morning another staff person was very rude and disrespectful and tried to say we owed $89 and when we tried to show her our receipt where we paid for 2 days and our checkout date was the 10th of May she rudely said the receipt could be wrong and the... read more

It was a horrible experience the tv was broke I tried to call to get moved to another room I spent 2hours and staff was unprofessional and rude the black employee told me I wasn't going to get moved or get my money back I checked out and waited to call the manager well guess what a refund is in process don't tell me what my God won't do I got my money back and I will never stay at the hotel again in Jesus name amen real ghetto to be on the west side of wichita ks smh

This property was off putting from the start. When you walk in the door you enter an entry area with a door immediately in front of you just past the glass plates desk. The attendant at the desk was extremely rude and cius

Bad experience No one at the front desk when we arrived. She tried to charge me for a room already paid. Assigned a room, tv didn't work. Was told I needed to call technical support. Cable was broken. Moved to another room. Tv picture had lines running thru and stuttered, but at that point we were done. Had ti ask for additional pillow. Had the covers, but no pillow. Akso, police were running through the building. Not comforting. A really horrible experience. Don't stay there!
