At first is was a nice room walked in clean looked nice then I got food and the roaches came out now giving that I didnt only see just one bug I saw 3-5 within a 10min period of time had to finish up the little food I had and throw everything away and clean up after myself so I will have to give it a 1 star roaches make a rather big impact

I left after checking in. The whole place is disgusting and unhygienic!!! There were actual bugs crawling on me at check-in. I showed the front desk clerk. Looked at the room, left and found a different hotel. Went back and cancelled reservation and they said I might be charged for the night, which was $43. Called my credit card and was charged $160. Was there only 5 minutes. I got a rate through the American cancer society because I'm getting intense radiation and the place is unhealthy and disgusting!!! Please reverse my c... read more

I was very unhappy with my stay once I awaken to use the bathroom and a ***** was crawling on the wall. I left immediately after. If I could rate it with zero stars I would.

Extended Stay is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The only reason it got a 1 star was because the price was affordable but the conditions were so bad I would rather sleep in my car. First night, I went back to my car to sleep because the room was so disgusting and dirty, roaches everywhere, the *** remote, and phone were broken. Second night the receptionist moved my room to a better disgusting, dirty, ***** infested room. When I pulled the blanket back there was dirt all over the sheets underneath it. Staff was friendly and kind. Room was not very clean. There was 3 of us and we needed the 3rd person to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. There weren't any sheets on it. We were very tired after a long travel day, the third person ended up sleeping right on the sofa. The travel website advertised a continental breakfast. There was coffee, oatmeal, muffins and stale granola bars. I would not stay at this place again.

Stayed in the hotel fot 2 days. The experience we had was pretty bad. There was no hair dryer, no shower liners, no phone line. Had to go to lobby everytime if I needed anything. I had to install the shower liners by myself.

The wifi worked well, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The property is dirty - from the front entrance, the doors and the lobby. Its an over utilized property that needs care. The bullet proof glass in the lobby was sad to see. The elevator was dirty - the walls and floor. The floors were sticky. The lighting is dim throughout the property and the room. The air conditioning was good. The bed was comfy but Id have liked another blanket but quit asking after I had no responses to anything else I asked or Id have to figure it out myself which I did.

One of the worst stays ever. Room wreaked of cigarette smoke the 2 days there. The bathroom smelled like someone had previously smoked marijuana. Our granddaughters room didnt smell like that. The bathtub was disgusting.
