Service was terrible. I arrived close to midnight which I had informed the service desk of hours before that. No one would answer the 500 number until the call was forwarded. The clerk took very long time to arrive upon which he thought it was appropriate to listen to music on his phone and even turn the volume up while I was waiting. He was not even pleasant or polite! Won't be back Glad it was just a place to sleep. Thankfully we were gone to a tournament during the day. People were loud outside and upstairs. No one cleaned our room or brought fresh towels. The sheets were visibly dirty, still had hair on pillows. Will not be back.

They mad it so difcult ro actualy extend along wit they also made it hard for myself to get rate of the sites n other 3rd party web sites

Lack of amenities First of all,TV remote was not working,I went to front desk,they send some one,he turn the tv but remote was again not working.so couldn't saw the tv,in the morning there was just one small piece of soap,no shampoo,no conditioner and only 2 pillow,with that kind of money stay was very bad

Disappointing I was very disappointed. The hotel never maintains customer relationship. Rooms are cleaned once in two weeks despite requests to have them cleaned. Lift smells cigarette. No toiletries supplied as long as there is no new visitor. Online they say they provide iron board and ironing box but I had to buy my own as it took over a week to have one issued. My stay there was a nightmare. It was better when it used to be called Value place. I had to move to a different hotel for peace of mind.

Cheap price, cheap quality! Even though it's smoke free, people smoke weed, and smelled marijuana. We had two kids with us asking: what is that smell??? Housekeeping did not show up in 3 weeks.

Horrible Upon arrival we waited for the Manager to call the hung over maids to find out why there was puke in the hall way after letting them stay....Then they all left without cleaning rooms. We booked a double bed room and had to get 2 rooms instead because they had no clean rooms available. Also seemed like the people that rent weekly we hanging out in the parking lot and hall ways all night. Will never stay or recommend this hotel again.

Not what I expected If you're looking for a cheap place to stay and don't care about anything else this is the place. Staff took about 30 minutes to show up at the front counter to check us in. We arrived about 930pm on a Saturday and they had other guest waiting. The main lobby smelled like drugs they had sketchy looking people driving in and out as if it was a drug house.
