Room said NONSMOKING, entire room smelled of cigarettes. Floors were disgustingly filthy. As soon as you walk in side door you smell cigarettes. There was no remote control in our room to work the TV. Bathroom was dirty and we were given 2 lousy Raghu towels for a 2 day stay.

Do not go here They went in my room and stole my stuff all my money my daughter's clothes my clothes and other stuff from my room and the cops did not do nothing about it do not go here I repeat do not go here they will steal from you too it's not safe

This was the absolute worse experience and treatment I have ever had to deal with, put up with and accept...at that very moment anyway. My boyfriend, at the time, became disruptive andvI went to a maid in the hallway asking for help. She helped by calling the front desk and once I realized he was going to continue being unruly and I wasn't getting back in my room I went down to the front desk and assisted in giving information to the staff to give to the authorities. Worst experience ever with a hotel I’ve ever had! Arrived late to find that you have to dial a number from a land line and wait on hold for 15 minutes to get a person only to wait another 15 minutes for their in house staff to get to the front desk to tell me the only room left for the night has cockroaches! Uhm, no thank you! Ended up sharing with some friends at their room at Motel 6, thank goodness they left the light on!

The ice box spoiled all of our food. No housekeeping services unless you stay for 2 weeks. The laundry machines stole our money and the hotel would not refund because they do not own them. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not go
