I'm sorry to hear that this was your impression of our hotel and that we let you down.
I called ahead to say I’d be arriving late and was told no problem, just dial the lobby phone and someone would come right down. I dialed at least ten times and nobody ever answered. I had to call the National reservation number and they in turn called the local staff who finally showed up to check me in. The bathtub had a crack on the inside which leaked all over the floor when I tried to take a hot soak. The tv channel list was not accurate and I couldn’t find the channel I needed. Nope Super loud. If it wasn't people in the parking lot cutting up it was the guy above me rolling around with his dog all night. Asked to change rooms and was told there weren't any available rooms. Called back from a different number 10 minutes later and voila! Available rooms. Take your money elsewhere.

Not Happy!! I had to go to another hotel my last night. Two nights with no sleep. people arguing out side my window. Doors slamming all night. Stumping above me.

Not that good Paid twice on Expedia what the hotel itself offers. Room has NO amenities! Internet is 80's speed (1200 MBS at best), no coffee, no batteries in the remote and no staff to contact to get batteries. No shampoo in bathroom, room smelled of strong anti disinfectant! What happened in that room before we got there? Would never go back and would never recommend.

There was hair everywhere! The staff was rude! The shower drain didn't stay up!
