Spend more to stay elsewhere If you're sensitive to smells don't stay here. Someone on the first floor kept cooking fish and you could clearly smell Vicks or bengay. Someone kept a candle warming going on the 4th floor that smelled like soy sauce and stank up the entire hall. You can hear your neighbors clearly. Check in was horrible no one was at the front desk and it took 45 minutes the lady working there was putting her kids to sleep in one of the rooms in the hotel the room was not clean and smelled like cigarettes the tv did not work and there was no phone In the room. The microwave didn’t work. The worst I will never stay there again a complete waste of money.

The place was a dive and it took forever for someone to show up to check us in. We were tired from traveling and just needed a decent place to sleep, this wasn't it!

First of all, when we arrived in Wichita, we were told that we could not be accommodated(after making reservations two months ahead of time) and were sent to another hotel. When the reservations were made, we did not realize that there were no amenities at all.

Didn’t even sleep here. Too filthy. Dirty room with unwashed bedding. We know...cause there was a pube left behind under the blankets. The room had no carpet and had a stench of animal. There was also the overwhelming smell of cat box in the hall. Horribly pathetic excuse for a bed. A lumpy mattress in a metal base. Will spend the extra $10 for a cleaner room next time. Roaches in hotel room, dirty room and linen toilet was filthy floors not clean. Stove did not work and heater shut off before room could warm up when snowing outside.

Not a place I will stay at again. There were not enough towels, no hand towels at all, the shower did not work. No one at the front desk and we had difficulty reaching the after hours staff, with no maintence worker to fix the shower. The quality of the facility was poor for the room price. We will never stay at one of their hotels again.

No iron, no hair dryer, sound cutting in and out on TV, often no staff available at front desk - including when trying to check in after a long day of traveling. Pretty disappointing experience. I checked out and went to a different hotel next door that was great.

Ugh It was just not what I was expecting. There was no room service, and I had to pay an extra ten dollars for towel exchange.
