Meh... I didn't expect much for the price but I was still disappointed. The rooms look good on first impression, but when you look deeper you start to notice the shortcomings. Thank goodness we were only there for one night with an early flight. If you're planning on staying longer and taking advantage of the kitchen feature make sure to bring everything you'll need as there were no utensils or dinnerware provided. Nothing went right They tried to bill me twice. Took an hour to check in. Didn’t offer an upgrade after messing up. Tv was way to small. And there was something mechanical that kept making noise all night

Terrible Took an hour 2 get a worker 2 check in. I have a 2 week old and 3 year old mind you. Can't find my reservation after they do and I make it 2 my room i get a text I was charged twice. Guess I'll deal with that in the morning.

Wichita airport area Front desk closes at 9pm, no coffee maker in room, does NOT except cash. In fact no cash on premises for vending machines or laundry. No ice maker available. Tv cable system does not work. Bad, bad place to stay.

Dirty Dirty Dirty I just can''t believe this place is an extended stay place.My room was so filthy I didn't even want to walk on the floor with my shoes on.

Overnighted in Wichita Bad! The entire building (including our non-smoking room) wreaked of cigarette smoke. We didn't even stay all night because it was giving me a headache. Our clothes and luggage smelled of smoke from being inside the place.

The customer isn't always right but... First, i got to witness a frustrated guest who called if they could get towels sent to their room, this woman was told "no, come get them yourself". Second I was getting ready to leave the room the next day. Mind you check out is 11:00. I get a knock on the door by a staff member rudely telling me at 10:07, "check out was 15 minutes ago". I will not be staying there again.

Took about 45 minutes to check in at 11:00pm. In the middle of the night discovered toilet was backed up after flushing. Otherwise room was clean and cheap.
