Nothing worked. No Television, busted refrigerator, locked out of bathroom due to not fixing it. Elevator was broke for 4 days. Overcharged for pets that we did not have. No reimbursement.

Location was good for our purposes and our room was clean. I had reserved two rooms. Every person was required to show ID and give a phone number. (?!?)) I felt that was very intrusive as the reservation and payment was all on my card. The person checking us in simply said if we didnt like it, we could go elsewhere. We were worried it was too late to get a room elsewhere, so we stayed. Good - All the amenities were working great Bad - Breakfast wasn't provided - Check-in is unnecessarily strict. I arrived at 2:30PM and requested check-in. The room was available but the staff said that system wouldn't allow check-in even at 2:59PM.- Kitchen in the room was dirty

Room and hotel were nice. Bed completely warm out. I had back pain after 10 minutes. Cockroach in the shower. Ghetto client's. Not a place for family. Seems like location is used for public voucher housing.

*** runs a fraudulent business. I asked to extend my stay for two more days at the weekly rate because I had stayed a full week already. She had her assistant look up the weekly rate, but decided to charge the daily rate stating that two more days does not constitute a week???I then told her I will not be staying two days and will check out the next day. She agreed to refund the second day as well as the deposit of $100 upon my checkout the next day. Her assistant who checked me out never offered a receipt. I had to ask her ... read more

This was my first experience with Extended Stay America....Worst front desk No breakfast only coffee and mini muffins Paid $244 for one night No water in the room Ask for a blanket rudely refused Three different front desk clerks all worst customer service.....I have worked as front desk clerk and I have 30 years of retail management experience so I know what a customer service is ....

I gave this place a 2 star rating because the pool was under maintenance, meaning we had to go to the Sleep Inn to use their indoor pool. The washer and dryer was also not working. A laundromat was a mile away. For the grab and go breakfast they didn't even have butter for the bagels. We should have been given a discount for all the amenities we paid for but could not use. The bathroom was nice with a modern look. However the toilet paper got damp due to it being right next to the shower. The room itself just needs an update... read more

Employees were nice but they should have uniforms or wear more decent clothes because they were just wearing old worn out shirts. I requested for pots, pans, and a fork but they said they ran out. I requested for some hair conditioner but they didnt have any.
