I had a horrible stay the front desk was completely disrespectful and rude and they charged my card $200 and lied on me. I only complained about the dirty fridge and about dirty floors and I got charged $200 this is a horrible experience.

Bugs in bed, absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here! Stay away!

I got the room for a week the second day I went to shower after work and the shower was so corroded it broke. The hotel clerk said he can fix it tomorrow so no shower today not another room either. So I ask for a refund and left

This place was cheap and dirty. We had dead bugs in about every corner of the room. We had a bunch of spiders come out and a huge beetle . We will not be staying at anymore of these hotels.

No coffee pot. No coffee no sugar dirty carpet. 300 cigarette butts outside of front door no cups in room. No counter in bathroom. Lazy employees acted like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Wont stay there again was told they had breakfast. Granola bar small blueberrie muffin. Coffee no cups to put it in. Breakfast was from 9:00 to 11:00 I left hotel by 8:00 did me no good. Just seems like no one cared about the guest.

Beware!! I was staying at extended stay ************************************* Tuesday night. In the middle of the night, ************************* ****** and some guy got keys from staff, broke into my room while I was sleeping, hit me in the back of the head with a hammer and knocked me out. I woke up with her and some guy having *** on top of me. They then drugged me, tortured and raped me. The remodeled room was nice. But the kitchen was very dirty and we didnt feel safe utilizing that part of the room. There were splatters of an oily substance all over the stove, pieces of what appeared to be salad in the sink drain, and sticky/greasy areas on the counters. There were also crumbs on the desk and hair in the fridge and on the bathroom counter. Also felt like I had to check-out early because the water was going to be shut off to the entire building at 0830.

The only thing clean was the bed and bathroom. Very old and run down. Stained and worn carpets. Dresser drawer would not stay shut and had to put a chair in front of it. Recliner was ripped and old. Overall the place should be torn down and rebuilt. No one at the front desk when I arrived. Waited 10 min for him to show up. When he did he immediately left again and went upstairs before waiting on me. The young lady was great. Was charged $100 deposit that still has not been credited 2 days later. Who does that. Room did not have any blankets, only one trash can, , sink in bathroom clogged not draining, a/c very cold, had to get up several times to turn off and Turn on seems the thermostat was not functioning correctly, very noisy coming from outside window area. Location hard to find with ***** app
