Room have a bad smell...and the toilet was not flushing...We went for breakfast at 9:25am and there was no breakfast....
Old hotel, shuttle took 30 minutes or more each time it was needed. Many people just wondering around hotel. Smells disgusting and rooms need upgrading. There was fighting at lobby and police on scene. Just not a good experience over all.
It was the worst experience in my life.I am always traveling using Hotel.com and it was the first time I had problem with a hotel. First I arrived and they couldnt find my reservation, they didnt give me any solution. After insisting the front desk gave me a room that was reserved for another person. The front desk lady that checked us in was amazingly kind and knowledgeable. That's about the best I can say. There was blood stains on the bed sheets and comforter. Had I not had my own sheets and blankets I would've thrown a fit. I'm pretty easy going. When checking out I asked when the security deposit would be credited back to my card and the manager very rudely yelled to the front desk guy that my room has to be checked before anything gets credited back like I was a degenerate who broke things. ****** was nasty there was dirty towels scattered in the bathroom , smell of the room was kind of funny sink was nasty tooth paste all in it and around and carpet was dirty and it was hair all in the bathroom like somebody had been coming they hair before I came in I will never stay here again need to clean and Re model the whole hotel

The hotel is dirty and it has roaches and bedbugs. The first room I was assigned smelled like cat urine and the 2nd room smell like smoke. The carpet is flithy and sticky to the point that my shoes kept getting stuck to the floor. This caused me to trip several times. There was blood on the sheets in my niece's room. When she was moved to a different room there was blood on those sheets as well. They run out of towels daily. The rooms have broken and missing furniture pieces.
