I checked in one of *** property and from the first month I always had a problem with my balance due, never notified of "any" changes to my account until I bring it up. I've spoken with several members at the location and the manager. The answers I'm getting is not right, the math is not mathing and the report all are different (I have a report to show). Had sprinklers go off twice in a month and second time everything in room got wet and light fixtures fell hitting me in head. They gave me new room and when walked in was a naked man in bed. Got another room and now they moving us again for maintenance but not giving anything for the inconvenience weve been through manager said its not her problem. I was forced to vacate my hotel room after I disclosed my health status to an employee when she asked me why I was crying outside of my hotel room located at ************************************************************************. The front desk lady ***** or how ever y spell her name was very rude and unprofessional. I was told by 3 different people I could extend my stay and extra week all I needed to do was pay. ***** refused to process my payment stating she didnt have authorization and refused to get a manager who could. *******, ******************* and ********* are doing illegal actions with evictions. They take the furniture and appliances out of the units prior to a court date and without a sheriff present. They are using these intimidating tactics to make people move before time as per the court order and or to leave with their threats. Unacceptable and illegal.***************************

Tried cancelling my reservation for a October of 2024 and was informed that because I paid for it in full already the only way I would have gotten a refund was if I had cancelled it within 24 hrs of making it. This is the 1st hotel that I have ever stayed at that does this. So now Im stuck with this reservation.

Booked a week 4/12 - 4/19/2024 decided to renew another week went to pay another week early I paid on 4/14 it posted to my acct on the 15th. They short staffed was extremely hard to get new fresh ************* never had new linin for our bed sheet changed. *****, I and good friends traveled to ***** for a cruise. I encouraged my friends to save a few bucks and join un at the *** *********** location. I'd never been to ***** and was very excited!
