First and foremost, I would give 0 stars if it was permitted. ***** at the ******************************************************************* location is by far the rudest front desk manager I have ever met. I checked into the Extended Stay America with two senior citizen-aged parents at ************, and was greeted by the general manager, *****. Upon checking in, I was told that the elevators are all non-functional due to a lightning strike. Upon requesting a room on the first floor, given that I was checking in with a parent that has arthritis in their knees, I was told that there were none available. Promised big discounts for cancer patients receiving treatment, up to 45%, at the ********* area. I tried everything imaginable to get the discounts but it was all a big lie, the American ************** also said that there was big discounts because they were connected with Extended Stay but I never received any discounts from anyone. Do your homework before you give to ANY charity because I have found out along my journey that you will get nothing from any charity but they still want you to donate.

We booked 5 rooms for one night traveling most of the day arriving at hotel at approximately 9:20pm The last room was processed and keys delivered at 9:53. I timed it. The location was ********************************************************. Very poor service by young man whom "served" us. Date was July 6th, 2024. My hope is that management somehow sees this and helps thier clerk and perhaps thier process if it is at fault so no one else has to wait 33 minutes for prepaid rooms after a long day.

I made a reservation for a long term stay to get a rate of ***** a night, minus pet charges. I have been charged almost double that amount for over 47 days, totaling ******** of my money that they stole. When calling customer service, I have been lied to by one representative twice, and hung up on once. Maintenance is non existent and management steals from the guests. How do I get my money back??? How do I get them to charge what the rate states on the reservation????

Booked 2 weeks over a week on extended stays website. Called in a few days before to see if they had a disabled ****. Girl named ******...although trying to help...booked us in an ADA **** but found out AFTER that it wasn't a completed ****. The experience here at this location has been spiritually draining. The personnel and staff has allowed an abundance of drug activity to take place. Housecleaning does not cooperate in cleanliness of the rooms. The front desk makes excuses and turns a blind eye to the needs of paying customers. I pay weekly and it is not cheap but it's close to the medical center where I'm being treated. Children are running up and down the hallway at 1am and 2am in the morning. The following are valid complaints of this Hotel:Floors dirty in lobby and elevator.Elevator works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't and there is only one elevator. When you push the elevator button the light goes on and immediately goes off. Eventually after pushing button multiple times, the light stays on and elevator works. Transportation cart does not steer which is essential when trying to put it in elevator as the doors do not stay open very long. I and my wife was fraudulently charged $75 from *** and they denied the charges and our print out showed everything except for the $75 fraudulent charge which some criminal in the office is doing fraudulent activity. I have had several items stolen from the room we were in and nothing happened either. I dont recommend this place of criminals and their fraud activity
