The remodeled room was nice. But the kitchen was very dirty and we didnt feel safe utilizing that part of the room. There were splatters of an oily substance all over the stove, pieces of what appeared to be salad in the sink drain, and sticky/greasy areas on the counters. There were also crumbs on the desk and hair in the fridge and on the bathroom counter. Also felt like I had to check-out early because the water was going to be shut off to the entire building at 0830.

The only thing clean was the bed and bathroom. Very old and run down. Stained and worn carpets. Dresser drawer would not stay shut and had to put a chair in front of it. Recliner was ripped and old. Overall the place should be torn down and rebuilt. No one at the front desk when I arrived. Waited 10 min for him to show up. When he did he immediately left again and went upstairs before waiting on me. The young lady was great. Was charged $100 deposit that still has not been credited 2 days later. Who does that. Room did not have any blankets, only one trash can, , sink in bathroom clogged not draining, a/c very cold, had to get up several times to turn off and Turn on seems the thermostat was not functioning correctly, very noisy coming from outside window area. Location hard to find with ***** app

Too dirty bad smell and the most dirty hotel that I saw in the ***

Not a great experience. No hot water. Linen charge for clean towels. Was told they only change stay overs, every 2 weeks.

My one-night stay with my 2 young sons was not pleasant at all.The lobby was smelly. I rang the bell 2x because no one was at the front desk (I waited at least 5 minutes). When "FD" came she apologized and asked why I didn't ring the bell. I told her I did, 2x. She had her earbuds in. *rolling my eyes* She gave us a room right by the elevator on the second floor #*** - don't stay in that room! The floor felt gross, so I kept my shoes on. Not the nicest place but was ok. Room had damage to curtain rod for shower Floor felt dirty Floor in bathroom peeling up The hotel had bad odor

Very dirty , infested with ants and customer service makes it worse , would settle if I felt safe with the staff but they make you feel very uncomfortable when you tell them about your complaints and get passive aggressive. Im allergic to ants thats the only reason why I didnt settle but the second room they gave me smelt like smoke and had food everywhere motel 6 is even cleaner than this . It had a bad smell of pee oder and I got bit all night long tv didnt work the whole night
