What a dump. I had stayed in an Extended Stay many years ago during a reno. It was nice - everything included, a home away from home. This one - not so much. This was for a short stay but it included less than sleeping in my car. I think the maintenance crew was given the rest of their off because there were half-stared projects everywhere. Hot water, when you could get it, was about as hot as an hour old cup of coffee sitting out. Staff was extremely unpleasant Had gotten locked out of room for hours with no help from front desk, had to contact police for assistance Would never stay here again

Sad. So sad. While I did know it was possible to live with depression, I did not know someone could live inside it. I knew this wouldn't be a 5 star experience, but the pictures led me to believe that it wouldn't be a hovel. Everything about the building felt unsafe, either structurally or personally. The beds were terrible with broken wires(?) used to support the mattres. The floor inside the room was sticky and the floor in the hallway always had water on it. I was charged twice, the hotel had to charge me again for the booking because they said it was canceled before I arrived

No blankets. No soap. No coffee. Place was filthy. Never stay there!!!!

As soon as I stepped on the elevator all the way down the hall and my ROOM REEKED OF WEED! Total disappointment! When I went back to check out immediately the lady at the front desk wasn’t even shocked! And said my refund will take 3-5 business days! So had to beg family to pay for another room at another hotel as I was there for clinicals for college

Serious issue with these facilities Booked, and paid for hotel in advance, for my girlfriend to stay at while construction being done on kitchen. When she arrived, the desk clerk refused to give her a room. I am white, they had no problem taking my money; my girlfriend is not white and they had a problem giving her a room. The reason they gave was that they do not permit locals to book rooms at their facilities. When she was turned away, and walked back to her car, she was followed and picked up on in the parking lot. Lack of communication and organization They wouldn’t let me stay because my drivers license was from that city. But my biggest problem was with Hotels.com
