When I arrived to check in I was told that they wouldn’t be allowed to stay because I was local to the area. They were rude and when I asked if they had any other options she just walked away. They did not refund my payment either

A lot of parking spaces. Place reeks of cigarette smoke. I had a non-smoke room, but the stench of the smoke was in the room. Husband and I checked in and then checked right out. Also, we felt uncomfortable and the place just felt sketchy to us.

I arrived at 11pm. Just as the front desk closed, not a big deal, I’ll just dial the extension given to me to get checked in. I dialed well over 10 times. No response. I ended up calling their phone number online and got a moderately helpful costumer service rep. They called the hotel and sent someone to the front desk. They said it would take 20 minutes, which is a ridiculous amount of time considering I’ve already been waiting half an hour. Since that phone call, it took her almost an HOUR to get there.
