I arrived at 11pm. Just as the front desk closed, not a big deal, I’ll just dial the extension given to me to get checked in. I dialed well over 10 times. No response. I ended up calling their phone number online and got a moderately helpful costumer service rep. They called the hotel and sent someone to the front desk. They said it would take 20 minutes, which is a ridiculous amount of time considering I’ve already been waiting half an hour. Since that phone call, it took her almost an HOUR to get there. The staff was nice and seemed like they were trying their best but the building is not taken care of. The first room I got the lights didn't work and had mold/leak spots on the ceiling. I asked for a different room and it was slightly better than the last but still overall dirty, the floor was practically coated in dirt and dust, I wore shoes the whole time I was in there. HOTEL IS OLD AND DIRTY, I CHANGED ROOMS 5 TIMES,RUSTED FRIDGE, TV VERY OLD , STAINS ON SHEET, INSIDE FRIDGE DIRTY, HAIR IN BATH AND SINK

Awful The room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30 and check in is at 3. Which ok that’s fine I understand they were under staffed. But the lobby was disgusting and smelled like dog. Then when we came back later in the evening around 7 pm no one was at the desk to check us in. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come. Then when we get to the room the floor was filthy and fully of dog hair. It was Noisy, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable.
