The place look like it was pretty clean but soon as you turn the lights on in your room the roaches scattered the smoke of cigarettes and weed smell is on the 4th floor as much as you could take it used to be all right I've stayed there before but now they've just went downhill

Otherwise clients were up all night. Back door slams everytime it shuts. Echos throughout the building. No carpet in the rooms or halls, so nothing to absorb the sounds of people walking back and forth and, of course, the friggin back door slamming every 15 mins all night long.

A dog was running and making so much noise we were unable to sleep all night and continued into the next day and asked to switch rooms and they kicked us out refusing to give us the money we had paid for extra days back to us and told me if you complain about rooms you could get shot by someone in another room! We came to find out another time someone was murdered in the lobby and the staff was laughing at the murdered victim and in conclusion it was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel.

Our Field Superintendent had to change rooms three times. This hotel is poorly ran to say the least.

This property is not meant for travelers. It is a facility used by the near homeless. There were roaches in the room. Fridge which had rusted and been painted with white plank. Cheap vinyl plank flooring. No lamps only two single bulb down lights, it smelled of mildew. The door locks were not maintained. Lastly it was in a very poor area of the city. Avoid at all costs.
