Extremely dirty. Ok with basic, but this was awful! Halls not clean. Rooms not clean. Mattress on pull out looked like it was from a crime scene. Booked a room with 2 double beds, tried to give me 1 double bed and pull out instead (dishonest). No shampoo or conditioner or hair dryer. Very limited office and assistance hours. Next to a drug rehab facility...

The front desk staff were very nice. Would have been a much more pleasant stay without the dead and alive roaches

The room wasn’t cleaned but when I told the receptionist she hurry up and had some to clean it and offered me a free night. But what was most dissatisfying was when I saw big huge dogs staying in the hotel and slobbering everywhere and sniffing on you as soon as they pass by

No concierge service, saw a cockroach in the bathroom, issue to check in though reservation was on the computer and was fully paid

Nope. Wait 30 minutes for the desk to show up and check you in for 20 minutes because no one did anything for reservation holders. Found 1 roach each day in my room. Kitchenette did not have pots / pans /dishes. No box springs, basically a fold out out bed. Location is not great. I stayed and got through, I'll be elsewhere next time.
