The expedia site listed a free breakfast as included. When I asked a cleaning worker where the dining room was, I was directed to a coffee bar with oatmeal packets..very disappointing and am interested in getting some money back.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Parties all night, people running up and down the halls screaming all night long. No one at the front desk answered the phones or were present to address these issues. No towels or kitchen supplies as stated on the website. Just all around awful

Extended stay was not a good stay!! When we arrived in our room garbage was left under the sink. Housekeeping was not the best. The assistant manager doesn't know how to speak to customer s. I stayed at another extened stay America before customer service was a 10. This shelton location is a 3.

Unfortunately, after checking in to this property, we had to promptly check out. Our room was small and dirty and the entire lobby/hotel smelled like marijuana. I did not feel safe for myself or my children. The front desk staff, however, were all very helpful and pleasant.
