This was my worst hotel experience, I had to leave 10mins or less after entering room, I could not stay there. I was told that I might not be refunded and I didn’t care, I took the long drive back to New York after a long tiring hospital visit in Bridgeport. There was men in group smoking and hanging out in the back parking area, upon entering it smelt and look like you’re entering an unsafe/crack house. The front desk clerk a young man who tried his best wasn’t around, I was told by a couple that was also waiting to check i... read more

This was our first time at an Extended Stay America. The room itself was fine - nothing special but nothing horrible. The hotel seemed old and in need of updating. The hallways were narrow and reminded my wife of an old college dorm. The normal hotel amenities are non-existent here. There's only coffee during the "grab and go" breakfast time. The "grab and go" breakfast is bagged muffins and granola bars. We stayed here because of the price. In the future, I think we'll just pay a little more to stay at a nicer hotel.

Business response:

Dear Dave, Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback regarding your stay at our hotel. While we are glad to hear that the room met your expectations, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the outdated appearance of the property and the limited amenities. We understand the importance of a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we regret that we did not fully meet your needs on this occasion. Your comments will be shared with our team as we continuously strive to improve our services and facilities... read more

Not a good stay! The room and hallways reeked of dog odors. The bathtub was dirty and needed resurfacing. The back of the bathroom door had been clawed by a large dog and not repaired. The rug in the room was so creepy that my wife would not walk on it without shoes on. Hotel was tired at best. Won't be staying here again.

Business response:

Dear William, Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. It is disappointing to learn about the odor concerns, cleanliness issues, and maintenance deficiencies you experienced. This is not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold. Dated, worn property. DO NOT ASSUME "free breakfast" means anything. It's basically shrink-wrapped muffins and crappy coffee. Elevators didn't work during my stay (my room was on the 3rd floor.)

Business response:

Dear Robin, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the condition of the property and the breakfast offerings. We actively work on updates and improvements to enhance our guests' experience. The issue with the elevators is particularly concerning, and we are addressing this with our maintenance team to prevent future occurrences. Your comments are valuable to us as we strive to improve our services. We hope to serve you better in the future.Sincerely,Hotel Management
