The room smells like cigarettes
I mean we had our own kitchen
Not enough towels/wash clothes for our family. When requested for more, we didn’t get additional towels until dinner time. The request was made before 7am.
Very dirty very rude at the front desk
The room was very dirty - not well maintained.
