Property needs to have the rooms in better shape, tine non smoking smells like smoking, looks much better in the pictures than in real life, no room service to clean the rooms. Manager Mimi is great, staff late night very bad.

Totally Furious Very disappointing and frustrating; arrived at the hotel only to find out they had our reservation but no room available. This was a very stressful night for us after attending a family funeral only to find out our room had been given away and because of a busy weekend in that area, we could not find any room within 50 miles of Shelton. Will never recommend Hotels.com, unbeliveable.

They ahould be banned from serving as a hotel. Expedia shpuld ceetainly sever all ties from them. Despite twice confirming my late night check in, needed after a 3 hour drive from Bboston, includong at 1030 pm , when i was told it was "no problem" to arrive around 1 am,... there was NO ONE there to check me in at 1 am ir any way to reach anyone. A hotel packed with travelers had no staff, no security, no backup plan, nothing. Appalling. The reservatuon agent offered me another hotel, 30 minutes away (at 130 am) *at my expens... read more
