My first 2 nights I was in a dirty deferred maintenance room. The shower curtain rod was taped together and It caused it to lean oddly and the curtain would not even stay shut. Nobody had been cleaning the bottom outside of the toilet lots if dirt and hair. Smears all over the mirrored closet door in the room and the picture . The outside hallway had a horrid smell!! on my second night people were making all kinds of noise out in the hallway at 3:30 AM. Also upon my arrival I kept waiting and waiting for someone to check me ... read more

The trash from the previous residents hadn’t been emptied, lightbulbs didn’t work, the shower curtain was missing and the toiletries were minimal. Constant noise, even in the middle of the night, and obnoxious cooking food odors in the hallway.

Business response:

We will address this with our housekeeping team, who is already at work, to ensure everything is in order. Also, we will instruct them to re-check the rooms before delivery. Save your time and money I was extremely disappointed in the room. The first night, at 3am someone was yelling in the hallway for 10 minutes. The 2nd night was the icing on the cake because I woke up at 4am to use the restroom. When I got back to the bed, there was a bug on my pillow! Not a spider, fly, gnat but either a tick or bedbug! It’s too cold for ticks unless it’s been living in there for a while. Either way I packed my bags and immediately checked out. When I told the front desk, the kid didn’t seem concerned but sa... read more

I got there to check in and they just said “we don’t have any rooms available for you.” Basically that was it, no manager was on call and the check in person was rude and not empathetic at all. I will never stay at another extended stay ever. Never felt so disregarded and dismissed in my life. I hope no one ever has to experience what I did.

Business response:

We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide you with a room and understand and empathize with your frustration and disappointment with the situation.
