I was unable to use my devices because the WIFI was poor. The television was cracked and a potion of the television was blacked out. She told me they overbooked so I had to take that room. There was no other option.

The property oversold our room. it was 11PM when we arrived and we had no where to go. Maya was extremely rude and offered no help or suggestions for other accommodations in the area or how to get a refund for the $400 already payed to them!

We didn't have a coffee pot in our room. We didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign. Air Conditioner didn't work well. Had it on the lowest setting, 60 degrees and still perspired while in the room.

Not helpful and unhappy First, the hotel canceled my stay when I asked for only one night to be canceled. Then when I called to make sure it would be okay for us to arrive after midnight, due the time our flight arrived, the attendant said it would cancel my stay. However, I went to the hotel and was able to check but not without an issue such as no one being at the front desk and having to wait to be checked in.
